Ave Maria - Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar solo

Playing "Ave Maria" by Franz Schubert, arrangement by the legendary guitar master Chet Atkins. I simplified some technically challenging parts to make it easier for my old fingers.

Guitar tuning is DGDGBE (6=D, 5=G)

Imagine by John Lennon - Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar solo

"Imagine" was originally released in 1971, exactly 40 years ago by John Lennon. The fingerpicking piece is based on an arrangement from legendary guitar master Chet Atkins, with Drop D (DADGBE) tuning.

Performance Notes
It took me some practice to get those Sliding/Hammer On/Pull Off down. There are three main verses, for the first and second I'm connecting with two hammer ons on fret 2 (B string)

- p (pull off)
- s (slide)

"Starry Starry Night" was originally written and sung by Don McLean in 1971, you can read about it on Wiki. This fingerpicking masterpiece is most beautifully arranged by Chet Atkins.

Just as I am - Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar Solo

I found this worship Gospel Hymn from Mel Bay Favorite Hymns for Acoustic Guitar by Rick Foster. It was written by Charlotte Elliott in 1835, and beautifully arranged by Chet Atkins for acoustic fingerstyle solo guitar. You can read about the history of this hymn on Wiki.

This piece is using CGDGBE tuning (6=C, 5=G) to produce extra bass boost. I have the tab link in my Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar Hymn Tabs section.
